Booking - payment: For confirmation of booking a 40% deposit is required (either by credit card, bank transfer or by check). A lease is sent to us signed and returned with the deposit. The entire reservation is required one month before arrival. A deposit is required upon arrival equivalent to one week's rent.
Cancellation: the entire deposit will be refunded for any cancellation 45 days before arrival. In less than 45 days, the deposit is kept. 80% of the amount of stay is due for a cancellation less than 30 days before arrival. The entire stay is due for a cancellation less than 15 days before arrival.
